Symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and quality of life: population study

Симптомы гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса и качество жизни: популяционное исследование. - Цель исследования. Изучить распространенность симптомов гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса (ГЭР) в неорганизованной популяции и оценить показатели качества жизни (КЖ) при этом заболевании. Материалы и методы. Обследована репрезентативная выборка взрослого населения (495 мужчин, 548 женщин в возрасте 45-70 лет). Для выявления гастроэнтерологических симптомов использовали валидизированный опросник, КЖ оценивали при помощи опросника SF-36. Результаты. Симптомы ГЭР (изжога и/или отрыжка кислым содержимым) еженедельно отмечались у 17,0% опрошенных, причем с одинаковой частотой у мужчин и женщин, а также у лиц разного возраста. КЖ было ниже у лиц с симптомами ГЭР лишь по двум шкалам опросника SF-36: у мужчин - "общее здоровье" и "жизнеспособность", у женщин - "общее здоровье" и "физическое функционирование". У лиц, обращавшихся к врачу, по всем восьми шкалам отмечалось снижение показателей КЖ по сравнению с теми, кто отмечал симптомы ГЭР, но к врачу не обращался. Заключение. Распространенность ГЭР в российской популяции такая же, как в странах Западной Европы и США. КЖ у лиц с ГЭР снижено незначительно, однако существенно хуже среди тех, кто обращается к врачу.About the authors
