Миелоидная саркома тонкой кишки с инверсией 16-й хромосомы: описание 3 клинических случаев. - Аннотация. Миелоидная саркома (МС) - редкая злокачественная солидная опухоль, представленная бластными клетками миелоидного происхождения различной степени созревания. МС может иметь любую экстрамедуллярную локализацию, предшествовать или развиваться одновременно с клиническими проявлениями острого миелоидного лейкоза (ОМЛ), она также может возникать как рецидив ОМЛ. Кроме ОМЛ миелоидная саркома может быть проявлением хронического миелоидного лейкоза или других хронических миелопролиферативных заболеваний. Из-за редкости данного заболевания большая часть литературы, связанная с МС, представлена единичными описаниями ретроспективных исследований и клинических случаев. Представляем описание 3 случаев МС с инверсией 16-й хромосомы и поражением тонкой кишки.About the authors
