Review articles should include the word “review” in keywords.

The author's abstract of the article is the main source of information in domestic and foreign information systems and databases that index the journal. The abstract is available on the website of JSC "Medicine Publishing House" and is indexed by network search engines.

According to the annotation to the article, the reader should understand the essence of the research. Color drawings: Resolution 300 dpi (pixels per inch).

The editors reserve the right to check drawings for plagiarism through Google Images.

  1. SIGNATURES TO PICTURES AND PHOTOS are given on a separate sheet in Russian and English. Each picture should have a common title and a description of all abbreviations. In the graphs caption, the designations along the abscissa and ordinate axes and units, explanations are given for each curve. The captions to the photomicrographs indicate the staining method and magnification.
  2. ARRANGEMENT OF TABLES: it is necessary to indicate the number of the table from the top right, and provide it`s name in Russian and English below. Abbreviations of words in tables are not allowed. All numbers in the tables must correspond to the numbers in the text and must be statistically processed. Tables should be given in the text, without placing them on separate pages.

REFERENCES TO PICTURES AND TABLES are given in the text of the article, and their location (according to the first mention) is indicated in the left margin.

  1. MATHEMATICAL FORMULAS. Math equations should be presented as editable text and not as images. Variables should be designated in italics. The equations should be numbered in order.
  2. BIBLIOGRAPHY LISTS are compiled taking into account the "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals" of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals). A correct description of the sources used in the bibliography is a guarantee that the cited publication will be taken into account when evaluating the scientific activities of its authors and organizations where they work.

In original articles, it is allowed to cite no more than 30 sources, in literature reviews — no more than 60, in lectures and other materials — up to 15. The bibliography, in addition to the fundamental works, should contain publications for the last 5 years.

In the list of references, all works are listed in the order of their citation. Bibliographic references in the text of the article are given by numbers in square brackets.

Links to unpublished works are not allowed.

Bibliographic description of the book (after its title): city (where it was published); the name of the publisher after the colon; the year of publication after the semicolon. If the link is to a book chapter: (authors); chapter title; after the dot, put "In book:" or "In:" and the surname (s) of the author (s) or editor (s), then the title of the book and the imprint.

Bibliographic description of the article from the journal: author (s); article title; title of the journal; year; volume, the number of the journal in brackets, the numbers of the first and last pages after the colon.

With a group of authors up to 6 people inclusive, all of them are mentioned, with large groups of authors 6 first authors "et al."); if the authors of books are editors, after the surname should be put "ed.".

According to the new rules, taking into account the requirements of such international citation systems as Web of Science and Scopus, bibliographic lists (References) are included in the English-language block of the article and, accordingly, must be given not only in the original language, but also in the Latin alphabet (Roman alphabet). Therefore, the authors of articles should provide a list of references in two versions: one in the original language (Russian-language sources in Cyrillic, English-speaking in Latin), as was decided earlier, and in a separate block the same References in the Roman alphabet for Scopus and other international databases, repeating in it all sources of literature, regardless of whether there are foreign ones among them. If the list contains links to foreign publications, they are completely repeated in the list prepared in the Roman alphabet.

In the Roman alphabet for Russian-language sources, the following bibliographic reference structure is required: author (s) (transliteration), translation of the book title (after translation in square brackets, transliteration of the title) or article in English, source title (transliteration), digital output, indication of the language of the article in brackets (in Russian). If the article is not written in English, it is necessary to indicate the source language in brackets, for example: (in German).

Links to Internet sources must be reliable and durable. Give the exact URL of the page where the source material is located and the date the link was made available.

In all cases when the cited material has a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), it must be indicated at the very end of the bibliographic reference. You should check for the doi of the article on the website https://search.crossref.org or https://www.citethisforme.com . To get the DOI, you need to enter the title of the article in English into the search box.

You should not refer to unpublished, retracted (withdrawn from the press) articles. Self-citation is not permissible, except when it is necessary (there are no more than 3-5 references in the literature review).

TECHNOLOGY OF PREPARATION OF LINKS WITH THE USE OF AUTOMATIC TRANSLITERATION SYSTEM AND TRANSLATER.

On the resource http://translit-online.ru/ you can use the program for transliteration of the Russian text into the Latin alphabet for free. The program is very simple.

  1. Enter the link http://translit-online.ru/. In the "options" box, select the BGN (Board of Geographic Names) transliteration system. We insert all the text of the bibliography into a special field, except for the title of the book or article, in Russian and press the button "transliterate".
  2. Copy the transliterated text into the prepared References list.
  3. We translate with the help of the Google translator all the description of the source, except for the authors (title of the book, article, resolution, etc.) into English, we transfer it to the prepared list. The translation certainly requires editing, so this part should be prepared by a person who understands English. If the article was published in the journal of the "Medicine" Publishing House, the translation of the title, as well as the transliterated forms of the authors' surnames, can be found on the website of the "Medicine" Publishing House or on the website Pubmed. To translate the title of articles, you can use one of the Google Yandex Prompt translators. (transliter.ru). A large selection of relevant translation options for phrases and medical terms is presented on the www.multitran.ru website.
  4. We combine transliterated and translated descriptions, making out in accordance with the accepted rules. In this case, it is necessary to disclose the place of publication (Moscow) and, possibly, make minor technical amendments.
  5. At the end of the link, (in Russian) is indicated in parentheses. The link is ready.
