Registration and login are required for submitting items online, and for checking the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

1. Original, previously unpublished texts with the recommended volume of not less than 0.5 and not more than 2 a. l. are accepted for consideration.

2. All materials should be submitted electronically, Times New Roman font. Margins: left margin 3 cm, the rest 2 cm. The main text - width alignment, 14 point font, one and a half spacing (intervals before and after the paragraph - 0 pt). 
Footnotes are paginated, numbering is continuous, width-aligned, Times New Roman, 12 point, one and a half spacing, without indentation / first line indentation.

3. All accompanying information about the author and the article is given on the first pages. On the first page, the author's last name and initials are indicated at the top. In the footnote on the first page under the symbol *, information about the author is given first in Russian, then in English: name, patronymic surname in full, scientific degree, position, place of work (or status (postgraduate, doctoral student) and place of study), e-mail, ORCID.

4. The title of the article is typed in capital letters - 14 characters, center alignment, no paragraph indentation (if the scientific work is supported by a grant, it is indicated in a footnote attached to the title of the article, under the symbol **).

5. Article summary and keywords in Russian, as well as the title of the article, Abstract and Keywords in English should be typed in 12 characters, width alignment, no paragraph indent. The minimum length of the abstract in Russian is 150 words, in English - 200 words. Key words - no less than 8.

6. When indicating dates in the text, the year is abbreviated to “d.”, years to “y.”, century before to “v.”, centuries before to “vv.”. When indicating pagination of manuscript sources, leaf(s) are indicated: from domestic holdings as “L.” or “Ll.”; from foreign holdings as “Fol.”. Only “paired quotation marks” are used in the text (with the exception of indented words within a quotation).

7. The dash (-) is separated on both sides by a space and is different from the hyphen (-). A short dash (-) without spaces is used to indicate the space between numbers (dates and page numbers).

8. The abbreviation of a quotation should be reflected in the text by the signs “<...>” or “[...]”.

9. Illustrations should be sent as a separate file. The author undertakes to obtain permission to publish archival and illustrative materials. A list of captions should be compiled and sent separately. (Times New Roman, 14 point, footnotes - 10 point).

10. Bibliographic lists (scientific literature mentioned in the article) should be placed after the text of the article. A transliterated (in Latin) list of references should also be presented.

11. Responsibility for the publication of information constituting state secrets, as well as for the accuracy of quotations, facts, proper names, geographical names, lies with the authors of the materials.

12. Articles received by the editorial office are registered by the responsible secretary. The decision on publication /rejection to publish /sending the manuscript for revision is made by the Editor-in-Chief and communicated to the author within 60 days.

13. All materials that are not rejected as a result of preliminary verification are subject to mandatory anonymous double scientific review, without specifying the author's surname. Scientific reviewing can be carried out also by members of the editorial board. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and in the editorial board for 5 years. In case of non-compliance with the formal requirements of the publication, the editorial office of the publication sends a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials, as well as undertakes to send copies of reviews at the request of competent authorities when the editorial office of the publication receives a corresponding request.

14. Until the publication of materials, reviewers and members of the editorial board have no right to use the reviewed materials or refer to them.

 

Privacy Statement

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.

The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.

The phone number of the corresponding author will be accessible only to the Editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
