Значение сурфактантных белков в диагностике терапевтических заболеваний

Аннотация

Аннотация. В организме легкие обеспечивают не только дыхание, но и функционирование механизмов врожденного иммунитета. За регулирование механизмов врожденного иммунитета отвечают гидрофильные белки SP-A и SP-D. В литературе имеются указания на повышенные уровни SP-А и SP-D в сыворотке крови при заболеваниях органов дыхания, сопровождающихся повышенным воспалением слизистой оболочки или повреждением паренхимы легких, а в последние годы выявлена их ассоциация с возрастом и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. В настоящее время целесообразны исследования эффективности применения SP-А и SP-D в качестве специфических маркеров воспалительных заболеваний легких.
