Аннотация
Аннотация. Рассматриваются роль иммунной системы, стресса эндоплазматической сети, метаболической дисрегуляции и эпигенетических механизмов в патогенезе эссенциальной артериальной гипертонии, а также ограниченные возможности терапии существующими антигипертензивными препаратами.
