Аннотация
Аннотация. Гипоксемия способна приводить к повреждению любой ткани человеческого организма. Тканевая гипоксия - состояние, при котором доставка кислорода (О2) к тканям не соответствует их метаболическим потребностям. Главная задача лечения пациентов с гипоксемической острой дыхательной недостаточностью (ОДН) состоит в обеспечении нормальной оксигенации организма. Ведущим методом терапии ОДН является назначение О2. В статье представлены основные принципы ургентной кислородотерапии: показания, задачи лечения, рекомендации по мониторингу, методы доставки О2 и мероприятия по профилактике его токсических эффектов.
