Трудности диагностики и особенности клинической картины системной красной волчанки у мужчин

Аннотация

Цель исследования. Охарактеризовать особенности клинической картины системной красной волчанки (СКВ) у больных мужского пола.
Материалы и методы. Обследовали 146 больных мужского пола с достоверным диагнозом СКВ, наблюдавшихся в НИИР РАМН.
Результаты. Представлен анализ данных литературы и результатов собственных наблюдений относительно особенностей СКВ у мужчин. Показаны диагностический поиск и варианты клинической картины СКВ у больных мужского пола.
Заключение. Для совершенствования знаний об особенностях клинической картины СКВ, в том числе у мужчин, необходимы дальнейшие проспективные наблюдения.
