Малоинвазивные методы диагностики диффузных интерстициальных заболеваний легких

Аннотация

В статье уточняется место различных способов инвазивной диагностики при подозрении на диффузные интерстициальные заболевания легких. Рассмотрены вопросы проведения трансбронхиальной, видеоторакоскопической и открытой биопсии легочной ткани и внутригрудных лимфоузлов при данной патологии, приводится анализ информативности, безопасности этих методов, а также показаний и противопоказаний к их применению.
