Abstract
The paper describes a clinical case of the efficacy of a fixed-dose combination of perindopril and amlodipine used in a hypertensive patient. It shows its clinical effectiveness with no impact on blood lipid and glucose levels. 24-hour blood pressure monitoring revealed a reduction in daily blood pressure, including its variability, in pulse wave propagation velocity and central aortic pressure.

Эффективность фиксированной комбинации периндоприла и амлодипина при лечении больных артериальной гипертонией. Клиническое наблюдение. - Аннотация. В статье представлен клинический случай эффективности применения фиксированной комбинации периндоприла и амлодипина у больного артериальной гипертонией. Показана клиническая эффективность в отсутствие влияния проводимой терапии на уровень липидов крови и глюкозы в крови. По данным суточного мониторирования артериального давления отмечены снижение суточных показателей артериального давления, в том числе его вариабельности, уменьшение скорости распространения пульсовой волны и снижение центрального аортального давления.×
