Abstract

The paper describes a unique case of a large abdominal urate mass with a peculiar inflammatory process with giant cells and smaller urate deposits in the lung and small bowel without articular changes and kidney injury in a patient with terminal heart failure.

Уратное гигантское опухолевидное образование в брюшной полости с множественными мочекислыми скоплениями в стенке кишечника и легких у больного с терминальной сердечной недостаточностью. - Аннотация. Описывается уникальное наблюдение гигантского уратного образования в брюшной полости со своеобразным воспалительным процессом с гигантскими клетками и более мелких уратных накоплений в легких и тонкой кишке без суставных изменений и поражения почек у больного с терминальной стадией сердечной недостаточности.
