Abstract

The paper reviews existing chronic heart failure (CHF) registers, a number of randomized trials, and meta-analyses on CHF. It provides a rationale for the need to create a CHF register in the Russian Federation, which will be able to assess the physician adherence to the guidelines for the guidelines for and the quality of medical care.

Создание в Российской Федерации регистра для оценки степени выполнения врачами рекомендаций по диагностике и лечению хронической сердечной недостаточности. - Аннотация. В статье представлен обзор существующих регистров хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН), ряда рандомизированных контролируемых исследований и метаанализов по ХСН. Обоснована необходимость создания в Российской Федерации регистра больных ХСН, который позволит оценить степень выполнения врачами рекомендаций и качество медицинской помощи.
