Аннотация

В обзоре приводятся современные данные о гангренозной пиодермии - редком хроническом заболевании из группы нейтрофильных дерматозов. Рассмотрены вопросы патогенеза, связи с фоновой висцеральной патологией, особенности поражения кожи и внутренних органов. Даны главные и малые критерии диагностики, дифференцированные подходы к лечению.
