Аннотация

Аннотация. В обзоре рассмотрены вопросы нарушений обмена витаминов, минеральных веществ и белка у больных, перенесших бариатрические операции. Положительный эффект хирургического вмешательства доказан, однако пострезекционные синдромы, возникающие в последующем, обусловливают не только наблюдение больного, но и своевременные терапевтические вмешательства с целью предотвращения гиповитаминозов, анемии и нарушений минерального обмена. Имеются противоречивые данные о частоте возникновения этих нарушений. Не разработаны рекомендации по их лечению и профилактике.

Влияние бариатрических операций на всасывание пищевых веществ у больных ожирением. - Аннотация. В обзоре рассмотрены вопросы нарушений обмена витаминов, минеральных веществ и белка у больных, перенесших бариатрические операции. Положительный эффект хирургического вмешательства доказан, однако пострезекционные синдромы, возникающие в последующем, обусловливают не только наблюдение больного, но и своевременные терапевтические вмешательства с целью предотвращения гиповитаминозов, анемии и нарушений минерального обмена.
