Антитромбоцитарные препараты и поражение желудочно-кишечного тракта: когда и насколько эффективны ингибиторы протонного насоса?

Аннотация

Антитромбоцитарные препараты, являющиеся обязательным атрибутом современного лечения больных ишемической болезнью сердца, могут способствовать повреждению слизистой оболочки желудочно-кишечного тракта. Длительный прием нескольких лекарственных препаратов у пациентов данной группы ставит вопрос о возможности межлекарственного взаимодействия. Клинические исследования показали, что ингибиторы протонного насоса (ИПН) уменьшают частоту рецидивов желудочно-кишечных кровотечений у пациентов высокого кардиологического риска, получающих антитромбоцитарные средства. При назначении ИПН кардиологическому больному из группы риска развития гастропатии необходимо учитывать не только эффективность, но и безопасность препарата.
