Аннотация

В обзоре излагаются и анализируются данные ряда исследований по оценке безопасности влияния нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов на верхние отделы желудочно-кишечного тракта. Особое внимание уделяется результатам межнациональной программы по длительному применению эторикоксиба и диклофенака. В рандомизированном исследовании MEDAL показано преимущество в отношении безопасности эторикоксиба над диклофенаком.
