Результаты исследований группы TIMI по изучению тромболизиса при инфаркте миокарда

Аннотация

В обзоре рассматривается история возникновения и развития методов реперфузионной терапии при инфаркте миокарда. Указывается на разработку в 1976 г. метода внутрикоронарного тромболизиса, осуществленную в России. С 1984 г. началось широкомасштабное многолетнее исследование TIMI Study Group по разным аспектам тромболитической терапии при инфаркте миокарда и нестабильной стенокардии. Основные результаты ряда отдельных разделов этого исследования кратко приводятся в данном сообщении
