In the team’s view, Takotsubo syndrome was triggered with profound changes of intracardial hemodynamics subsequent to iatrogenic impairment of preexisting interventricular shunt.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Авторы приводят клиническое наблюдение вторичного синдрома Такоцубо после транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана, предпринятой в качестве паллиативного вмешательства у пациентки с сочетанием врожденного дефекта межжелудочковой перегородки и приобретенного клапанного аортального стеноза.
