This article discusses promising areas in the pharmacotherapy of obesity and T2DM with an emphasis on the development of a class of incretin hormone receptor agonists. Monoagonists (liraglutide, dulaglutide, semaglutide) and dual incretin receptor agonists (tirzepatide), as well as triple- and tetra-agonists of gastrointestinal hormones currently under development, which are expected to be even more effective in the complex treatment of both type T2DM and obesity, are being discussed.</p>
Обсуждаются как уже вошедшие в широкую практику врачей моноагонисты (лираглутид, дулаглутид, семаглутид) и двойные агонисты инкретиновых рецепторов (тирзепатид), так и разрабатываемые в настоящее время три- и тетра-агонисты гормонов желудочно-кишечного тракта, которые, предположительно, будут еще более эффективными в комплексном лечении СД 2 и ожирения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>pharmacotherapy</kwd><kwd>multiagnestics</kwd><kwd>glucagon-like peptide-1</kwd><kwd>glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide</kwd><kwd>glucagon</kwd><kwd>incretins</kwd><kwd>weight</kwd><kwd>metabolic process</kwd><kwd>glycemic control</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>фармакотерапия</kwd><kwd>мультиагонист</kwd><kwd>глюкагоноподобный пептид-1</kwd><kwd>глюкозозависимый инсулинотропный полипептид</kwd><kwd>глюкагон</kwd><kwd>инкретин</kwd><kwd>масса тела</kwd><kwd>метаболический процесс</kwd><kwd>гликемический контроль</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The material of the article was prepared as part of the scientific work carried out under the grant of the Russian Science Foundation No. 22-15-00365-P (extended for 2025–2026)</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Материал статьи подготовлен в рамках выполнения научных работ по гранту Российского научного фонда №22-15-00365-П (продление на 2025–2026 гг.)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Müller TD, Blüher M, Tschöp MH, DiMarchi RD.
