The presented case demonstrates the development of glomerulonephritis associated with generalized salmonellosis. At the onset of the disease, a symptom complex mimicking systemic lupus erythematosus was noted. A kidney biopsy made it possible to make the correct diagnosis and choose the optimal treatment.

Представленный случай демонстрирует развитие гломерулонефрита, связанного с генерализованной формой сальмонеллеза. В дебюте заболевания у пациентки отмечался симптомокомплекс, имитирующий картину системной красной волчанки. Биопсия почки позволила поставить правильный диагноз и выбрать оптимальную тактику лечения.
