Information was presented about the role of the microbiota, the composition of intestinal mucus, epithelial cells and proteins of tight junctions which lead to various metabolic diseases. The complex pathogenetic interactions are formed between the intestinal mucosal barrier, metabolic disorders such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and cardiovascular diseases. The complex researches and modification of this interactions will allow to create personalized approaches and to prevent of these diseases.</p>
Таким образом формируются сложные патогенетические взаимодействия между интестинальным мукозальным барьером, метаболическими нарушениями, такими как неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени, и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, комплексное изучение и модификация которых позволит проводить персонифицированную терапию и профилактику данных заболеваний.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intestinal mucosal barrier</kwd><kwd>metabolic continuum</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular risks</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>интестинальный мукозальный барьер</kwd><kwd>метаболический континуум</kwd><kwd>кардиоваскулярные риски</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Грант Президента РФ для государственной поддержки ведущих научных школ 2020 (ШН-2020) «Разработка технологии здоровьесбережения коморбидного больного гастроэнтерологического профиля на основе критериев приверженности» (прикладная) №ГР АААА-А20-120040790011-1 от 07.04.2020</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Fialho A, Fialho A, Kochhar G, et al.
