The toxic effect of alcohol is one of the most significant and common etiological factors worldwide. Stellate cell activation results from the interaction of multiple molecular fibrogenic pathways triggered by intracellular and extracellular, hepatic and extrahepatic stimuli. Data analysis showed that knowledge about these abnormal pathways and biomolecular processes may further contribute to the improvement of approaches to assessment of disease prognosis and treatment of alcoholic liver disease.</p>
Анализ данных показал, что углубление знаний о данных патологических путях и биомолекулярных процессах может способствовать совершенствованию подходов к оценке прогноза течения заболевания и лечению больных с алкогольной болезнью печени.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>liver fibrosis</kwd><kwd>alcoholic liver disease</kwd><kwd>pathogenesis</kwd><kwd>molecular pathways of regression</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фиброз печени</kwd><kwd>алкогольная болезнь печени</kwd><kwd>патогенез</kwd><kwd>молекулярные пути регресса</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Sun M, Kisseleva T.
