The study included observations of clinical manifestations of diseases and changes after the use of netakimab. As a result of treatment, there was an improvement not only in clinical symptoms, but also in the metabolic syndrome parameters. In all 3 patients treated with netakimab, there was a decrease in the activity of sacroileitis, accompanied by weight loss, which indicates pleiotropic effect of this drug. The described clinical cases are of interest to rheumatologists, dermatologists, endocrinologists, therapists, general practitioners, and illustrate the successful use of netakimab as an interleukin-17 inhibitor.</p>
Описанные клинические случаи являются интересными для ревматологов, дерматологов, эндокринологов, терапевтов, врачей общей практики и иллюстрируют успешное применение нетакимаба как ингибитора интерлейкина-17.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriatic arthritis</kwd><kwd>spondylitis</kwd><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>interleukin-17</kwd><kwd>netakimab</kwd><kwd>pleiotropic effect of netakimab</kwd><kwd>treatment of obesity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориатический артрит</kwd><kwd>спондилит</kwd><kwd>метаболический синдром</kwd><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>интерлейкин-17</kwd><kwd>нетакимаб</kwd><kwd>плейотропный эффект нетакимаба</kwd><kwd>лечение ожирения</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">«Biocad»</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">«Биокад»</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ruiz de Morales JMG, Puig L, Daudén E, et al.
