IBS has a negative impact of on patients' quality of life and the significant social and economic burden of the disease due to the low effectiveness of available treatment strategies, which are only symptomatic, without impacting factors and mechanisms of intestinal dysfunction. From this perspective, it is critical to study the factors contributing to the onset and persistence of IBS symptoms to improve the early diagnosis of the disease and implement targeted prevention technology in at-risk groups. The objective of this paper is to systematize data on the main risk factors for IBS, including hereditary predisposition, stress and psycho-emotional state, diet and eating habits, and acute intestinal infections.</p>
Цель публикации – систематизация данных об основных факторах риска СРК, включая наследственную предрасположенность, стресс и психоэмоциональное состояние, диету и пищевые привычки, перенесенные острые кишечные инфекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>irritable bowel syndrome</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>hereditary predisposition</kwd><kwd>eating habits</kwd><kwd>psychological factors</kwd><kwd>acute intestinal infections</kwd><kwd>post-infection irritable bowel syndrome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром раздраженного кишечника</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>наследственная предрасположенность</kwd><kwd>пищевые привычки</kwd><kwd>психологические факторы</kwd><kwd>острые кишечные инфекции</kwd><kwd>постинфекционный синдром раздраженного кишечника</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ивашкин В.Т., Маев И.В., Шелыгин Ю.А., и др.
