According to the clinical trial COMPASS the prospects of wide use of a combination of acetylsalicylic acid and a rivaroxsaban of 2.5 mg 2 times a day in the patients with chronic coronary heart disease and/or symptom peripheral atherosclerosis are designated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Нуждаются ли пациенты с атеросклерозом периферических артерий в медикаментозной терапии до проведения реваскуляризации? В обзорной статье представлены имеющиеся в настоящее время подходы к назначению терапии, улучшающей прогноз у пациентов с периферическим и мультифокальным атеросклерозом, обозначены ограничения и реальная ситуация с назначением антитромботической терапии у этой категории пациентов.
