Evolution of HCV treatment regimens from its discovery to modern DAA agents had led to substantial progress although drug resistance poses a new issue to be addressed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучение этапов жизненного цикла вируса гепатита С и процессов, составляющих его репликацию, привело к появлению новых классов препаратов прямого действия для противовирусной терапии: ингибиторов протеазы NS3/4A, полимеразы NS5A, NS5B.
