A review of NAFLD modern pharmacotherapy has been conducted. Particular attention is paid to the place of ursodeoxycholic acid in the complex treatment of NAFLD.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен обзор исследований, посвященных изучению ассоциации между неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени (НАЖБП) и кардиометаболическими осложнениями: артериальной гипертензией и компонентами метаболического синдрома. Проведен обзор современной фармакотерапии НАЖБП.
