Pathogenesis of the renal and skin damages is discussed in details, particularly abnormalities of the IgA-immunity and systemic endotoxemia. Relevant world’s literature is cited.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье изложена история изучения IgA-васкулита и представлена его номенклатурная эволюция. Подробно анализируется патогенетическая роль нарушения IgA-иммунитета в механизме поражения почек и кожи. Обсуждается альтернативная концепция развития кожного васкулита, опосредованного системной эндотоксемией.
