Mental disorders are shown to be associated with increased risk of CHD and to worsen the course of coronary disease. Antidepressants and psychotherapy improve the control of mental disorders, quality of life, and, in some cases, have a positive impact on the course of coronary disease.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Аннотация В аналитической работе обобщены результаты последних исследований связи депрессии, тревоги и стресса с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС). Показано, что психические расстройства ассоциируются с возрастанием риска развития ИБС и могут ухудшить течение коронарного заболевания. Антидепрессанты и психотерапевтическое лечение улучшают контроль психических расстройств, качество жизни и в ряде случаев оказывают положительное влияние на течение коронарной болезни.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>depression</kwd><kwd>anxiety</kwd><kwd>stress</kwd><kwd>coronary heart disease</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>тревога</kwd><kwd>стресс</kwd><kwd>ишемическая болезнь сердца</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Белялов Ф.И.
