It discusses the problem of SMI in acute coronary syndrome (ACS), the possible causes of SMI and the specific features of its diagnosis. It also indicates that there is a need for 12-lead ECG telemonitoring in intensive care unit patients with ACS to intraoperatively correct patient management and treatment policy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В представленном обзоре рассмотрены вопросы патогенеза, диагностики и клинического значения безболевой ишемии миокарда (БИМ) у отдельных групп пациентов. Обсуждаются проблема БИМ при остром коронарном синдроме (ОКС), возможные ее причины и особенности диагностики.
