However, even a single episode of primary headache is a cause for an immediate and thorough examination to rule out the secondary nature of cephalgia. The paper considers the pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, and principles in the treatment of patients with this disease.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Аннотация. Головная боль, связанная с половой активностью, является первичным вариантом головной боли в большинстве случаев, встречается нередко, имеет доброкачественный характер и благоприятный прогноз. Однако даже однократный эпизод первичной головной боли, связанной с половой активностью, - повод для незамедлительного и тщательного обследования для исключения вторичной природы цефалгии. В статье рассматриваются вопросы патогенеза, дифференциальной диагностики и принципов лечения пациентов с этим заболеванием.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>headache associated with sexual activity</kwd><kwd>orgasmic headache</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>головная боль</kwd><kwd>связанная с половой активностью</kwd><kwd>оргазмическая головная боль</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Frese A., Gantenbein A., Marziniak M. et al.
