Component-resolved diagnosis allows IgE antibodies against purified molecules (individual allergen components) to be revealed. Microanalysis is made using microarrays with applied molecules (allergen components) obtained in a recombinant fashion or extracted from natural raw materials. The authors present a current classification of animal and plant allergens and show the value of component-resolved diagnosis in clinical practice, by using specific clinical examples.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Аннотация. В статье описаны основы и преимущества нового метода аллергодиагностики, базирующегося на современных достижениях молекулярной биологии и биотехнологии. Метод компонентной диагностики позволяет выявлять наличие антител класса иммуноглобулина E к очищенным молекулам (отдельным компонентам аллергенов). Микроанализ проводят с применением биочипов с нанесенными на них молекулами (компонентами аллергенов), полученными рекомбинантным путем или выделенными из натурального сырья.
