Nephroprotective properties of the blockers of rennin-angiotensin-aldosteron system and other antiadrenergic drugs, diuretics, hypolipidemic, antianemic and hypouricemic drugs, active metabolites of vitamin D, metphormine and glytasones are reviewed. The highest efficacy of combined pharmaconephroprotection is demonstrated.</p>
Показана наиболее высокая эффективность комбинированной фармаконефропротекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic kidney disease</kwd><kwd>inhibitors of ACE</kwd><kwd>blockers of angiotensin II receptors</kwd><kwd>blockers of calcium channels</kwd><kwd>saluretics</kwd><kwd>spironolactones</kwd><kwd>statins</kwd><kwd>erythropoietin</kwd><kwd>allopurinol</kwd><kwd>paricalcitol</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хроническая болезнь почек</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента</kwd><kwd>блокаторы рецепторов ангиотензина II</kwd><kwd>блокаторы кальциевых каналов</kwd><kwd>салуретики</kwd><kwd>спиронолактоны</kwd><kwd>статины</kwd><kwd>эритропоэтин</kwd><kwd>аллопуринол</kwd><kwd>парикальцитол</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Despres J.
