Basing on the results of these trials, experts of the Russian Cooperative Cell Therapy Group and N.I. Pirogov National Medicosurgical Center have developed a conception of high-dose immunosuppressive therapy with transplantation of stem hemopoietic cells in autoimmune diseases. Main positions of the conception and its perspectives are discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Трансплантация стволовых кроветворных клеток - новый подход в лечении ряда аутоиммунных заболеваний. В течение последних 12 лет ведутся крупные международные исследования, посвященные оценке эффективности данного метода терапии в США, Европе, России, Китае. Результаты анализа зарубежных и отечественных исследований позволили экспертам Российской кооперативной группы клеточной терапии и Национального медико-хирургического центра им. Н. И. Пирогова разработать концепцию высокодозной иммуносупрессивной терапии с трансплантацией стволовых кроветворных клеток при аутоиммунных заболеваниях.
