We believe that AON is a rather frequent but often missed for early diagnosis complication of ALL treatment. Even a weak pain in bones and joints under mechanical load in patients on long-term treatment with glucocorticosteroids is an alarming symptom which may indicate a risk of an osteodestructive process and relevant diagnostic and therapeutic measures may be needed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В целях демонстрации клинико-лабораторных особенностей, вопросов эпидемиологии, патогенеза, диагностики и лечения асептического остеонекроза (АОН) при программной терапии острых лимфобластных лейкозов (ОЛЛ) приведено клиническое наблюдение АОН эпифиза левой плечевой кости при программном лечении больного с лимфобластной лимфомой. Сделан вывод, что АОН является достаточно частым, но не всегда своевременно диагностируемым осложнением терапии ОЛЛ. Даже появление незначительного болевого синдрома в костях или суставах, подверженных механической нагрузке, у пациентов, которые получают длительную терапию глюкокортикостероидами, должно настораживать в отношении риска развития остеодеструктивного процесса и обусловливают необходимость проведения комплекса лечебно-диагностических мероприятий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>aceptic osteonecrosis</kwd><kwd>acute lymphoblastic leukemia</kwd><kwd>complications</kwd><kwd>glucocorticosteroids</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>асептический остеонекроз</kwd><kwd>острый лимфобластный лейкоз</kwd><kwd>осложнения</kwd><kwd>глюкокортикостероиды</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pui C.
