Discussion covers the role of estrogens and menopause, alcohol, diuretics, gender-associated genetic characteristics in gout genesis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена анализу факторов, лежащих в основе полового диморфизма подагры. Подробно изложены связанные с полом эпидемиологические различия.
