Recent experimental studies have indicated that proinflammatory cytokines, adipocytokines, and transcription factors are implicated in the pathogenesis of IR, as evidenced by a number of clinical observations in patients with MS and T2D, in whom IR correlates with the status of chronic mild inflammation. Based on the results of these studies, a search for methods for exposure of IR has been initiated, by controlling inflammation. The first results encourage and suggest that anti-inflammatory agents improve tissue susceptibility to insulin and they are promising for the treatment of MS and T2D.</p>
Первые результаты обнадеживают и свидетельствуют, что вещества, оказывающие противовоспалительное действие, улучшают чувствительность тканей к инсулину и перспективны для лечения МС и СД2.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>inflammation</kwd><kwd>insulin resistance</kwd><kwd>type 2 diabetes</kwd><kwd>adipose tissue</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>воспаление</kwd><kwd>инсулинорезистентность</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет 2-го типа</kwd><kwd>жировая ткань</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Shoelson S.
