The advantages of invasive treatment policy are also described in diabetic patients with an exacerbation of coronary heart disease.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре приводятся результаты крупных клинических исследований по изучению прогностического значения гипергликемии у больных с острым коронарным синдромом; обсуждаются основные механизмы, определяющие повышенный риск развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.
