Aim. To specify types of depressive conditions in a sample of leukemia patients. Material and methods. The study included 71 leukemia patients with depressions in the structure of which somatized disorders are an obligatory component of the depressive syndrome and determine clinical picture of the condition. This is the form of masking affective disorders. Results. The patients had the following types of depression: somatized, hypochondriac, asthenic, depressive-delirium, hysteric depression. How to manage depression in leukemia patients is described.

Цель исследования. Уточнение типологии депрессивных состояний в выборке больных лейкозами. Материалы и методы. В исследование был включен 71 пациент, у которых на фоне различных форм лейкозов развились депрессивные состояния. В их структуре соматизированные расстройства являются облигатным компонентом депрессивного синдрома и определяют клиническую картину состояния, маскируя, таким образом, собственно аффективные нарушения. Результаты. У обследованных больных были выделены следующие типы депрессивных состояний: соматизированная, ипохондрическая, астеническая депрессия, депрессивно-бредовые состояния, истерическая депрессия. Рассматриваются особенности лечения депрессивных расстройств у больных лейкозами. Заключение. В терапии депрессий у больных гемобластозами необходимо учитывать тяжесть аффективных расстройств и соматического состояния, психопатологическую характеристику депрессий, динамику психопатологических регистров, толерантность к психотропным средствам и побочные эффекты.
