Ребамипид — новые возможности гастроэнтеропротекции

Аннотация

Аннотация Обзорная статья посвящена проблемам профилактики и терапии индуцированных нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами (НПВП) поражений слизистой оболочки желудка и кишечника у пациентов с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы и опорно-двигательного аппарата. Особое внимание уделено новому для российской медицины препарату ребамипид, являющемуся стимулятором синтеза простагландинов и гликопротеинов, ингибитором синтеза продуктов окислительного стресса, воспалительных цитокинов и хемокинов в слизистой оболочке желудочно-кишечного тракта. Преимуществом ребамипида перед традиционными гастропротекторами является доказанное дополнительное действие на слизистую оболочку тонкой и толстой кишки. Данный препарат зарегистрирован и активно применяется в ряде стран, включая Японию, Южную Корею и Китай.
